well it took me ages to organise how to get to and from weights this arvo, and it didnt earn me any brownie points, and then after all that i got a call during my piano lesson (finishes at 3:45 weights starts at 4) from my coach to say that we couldnt use the gym, because it was full of wallabies (the footy type not animal) and they hadnt told us.

so mum got me to catch a bus home, so im thinking “when i get home i’ll go for a run/swim/cycle and do some of the exersises that dont require weights (like barstards, abs, and janosuqes) and i would b active so that i dont make the pre-training food i ate go to waste… and what do i do when i get home… blog… have a bath… sleep
